I must say the customer service is on point!! I had battery pack that wasn't working. I sent an email they responded right away and sent a new one out! Very impressed. I also have the skull mask and I needed to purchase the body I sent an email asking what shades of blue would look good they were so helpful and got back with me right away! The products are exactly what the picture shows. The customer service is everything and they aced that!!
